Days away to what I call my time zone as far as springing forward my clock to longer, lighter days. (Thank you)!! Now I can get back to jogging, because yes I use way to many excuses in the winter months as why I cannot find the time to exercise,
#1 It it scary running in the dark.
#2 It is too cold for me to get up much earlier than I need to be. (Snooze, snooze, snooze, oh shit!)
#3 Seasonal disorder, at least two days a week.
#4 The gym is just out of the way and takes too long and I hate working out in front of others.
#5 I have made a seasonal habit of just not working out as much in the winter.
The basic excuses and really just that, because once I get back on track again, I cannot believe I do not just keep up with it all year round. The differences in my mood, confidence and energy alone should keep me going and once I do it, it really is the easiest thing to fit into my day. Why do we make things so hard sometimes?
